Description of main parts.
Bending part.
Two arms (in figure 1) are jointed with the bed by means of hinge, which will be the point of support while bending. The arms can move from side to side like opening and folding. While bending, the bending cylinder will push the central body of the machine forward to bend plates at three points of support. Dual-piston cylinder is installed to guarantee stability.
Clamp part
Vertically,there are a central clamp and two side clamps. With these clamps, plates are fixed on the table tightly. While bending, transformation twist will be greatly prevented. The forces of these clamps are modulatory
Robot arm plate feeding device.
Two robot arms jointed with the bending cylinder bed by means of hinge. They are driven by the feeding cylinder. Side body is able to move from side to side. Clamps are installed on the side body to fix plates. With the two parts associating with each other, the machine can complete loading and unloading of plates to be machined flexibly and consecutively. he clamps installed in this machine have two functions "bending and feeding”.
Vertical pre-bending device.
Plates could vertically deform after being machined. In order to prevent unfavorable deformation, we designed a pre-bending device. After the clamp has fixed the plates, the plates will be bended towards the opposite direction against vertical deformation.
When bending horizontally, indeed, the plates are bended three-dimensionally. The bended plates will be flat after horizontal deformation and vertical deformation so that the strengthening process can be skipped.

Combined clamping and mold center.
The Clamp center is designed as an integrated bending mold. The distance between the front bending mold and back bend mold can be adjusted by changing the position of the block located. For example, when the large block is placed in the right position shown in the figure below, the distance is large. It is suitable for processing larger plates. On the other hand, it is also suitable for processing the smaller plates. In this way the processing range of this machine is extended. So the machine can solve a wide range of frames of higher quality.
